We agree and assert that an omission of fundamental importance exists in the medical literature that has permeated all of medicine with profound and far reaching effects on the quality and cost of heath care. We believe that this tragic situation may be largely corrected or at least significantly ameliorated by the proper employment of essential nutrients adjunctive to conventional care or alone as indicated in the literature (by Jugeblut, Klenner, Cathcart, Ely, Fudenberg, and others).
