Please note that Dr. Fudenberg spends detailed time just reviewing the patient's past medical history. We must have certain immunologic laboratory tests to determine if Dr. Fudenberg can treat the patient. If Dr. Fudenberg determines that the patient is a Universal Reactor, then they cannot receive treatment. Please also note that about 85 percent of our patients are treated successfully. If the patient is among the 15 percent worse cases (in their particular disease), and they are in financial need, then Dr. Fudenberg will see them for free.

These costs are reimbursed by most health insurance providers to some extent, ranging from 10 percent to 100 percent. What is not reimbursed may be deductible from Federal income tax, based on the current IRS regulations. You may wish to risk that your insurer will pay 100 percent, or if you are more conservative, you may wish to do as most individuals elect to do, which is to submitted 50 percent to their insurance provider and submit the other 50 percent for Federal income tax deduction.
